Free cancellation up to 36 hours before the date of the tour. Last 36 hours and no-shows: loss of the quantity paid.
VOUCHER
This voucher confirms that you have booked a boat trip on the OBYCAT catamarans.
You must carry with you the first page of the voucher on your mobile phone or printed out, since it may be required of you at any time.
CANCELATION POLICY
Reservation cancellations or changes must always be made by sending us an email.
Free cancellation up to 36 hours before the date of the tour. Last 36 hours and no-shows: loss of the quantity paid.
Cancelation of groups (more than 5 people)
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the date of the tour. Last 72 hours and no-shows: loss of the quantity paid.
MEETING POINT
If you come on your own, remember that you must arrive at the departure point (see location) 15 minutes before the contracted boat departs.
If you have made a reservation with pick up near your hotel or accommodation, please note the following points:
It is your responsibility as the client to locate the pick up point and call or contact OBYCAT if you have any questions about the indicated point of pick up. You should always be punctual, and as a general rule it is convenient to arrive about 5 to 10 minutes before the designated time.
If you arrive late or you are at the designated point, you will have no right to any refund for the amounts previously paid nor any other expenses incurred.
If more than 10 minutes pass with respect to the designated time and the bus/guide does not arrive, you should call +34 696 998 700.
OkFuerteventura is an intermediary for the tours of FUERTEVENTURA CATAMARÁN EXCURSIONES, S.L. (owner of the OBYCAT boat trips) and is exempt of all responsibility in relation to the provision of services. This means that you have contracted the excursion with FUERTEVENTURA CATAMARÁN EXCURSIONES, S.L., not with OFuerteventura. For any modification, cancellation, question or complaint related to the services of the excursion, you should contact OkFuerteventura or the FUERTEVENTURA CATAMARÁN EXCURSIONES, S.L.
