You must carry with you the first page of the voucher on your mobile phone or printed out, since it may be required of you at any time.
CANCELATION POLICY Reservation cancellations or changes must always be made by sending us an email.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the date of the tour. Last 24 hours and no-shows: loss of the quantity paid.
Cancelation of groups (more than 4 people) Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the date of the tour. Last 72 hours and no-shows: loss of the quantity paid.
MEETING POINT OkGranCanaria or DISCOVERY SAFARI will send you an additional email within 48 hours of having made the reservation with details of the pickup point with respect to your accommodations. If you have not received this email 24 hours before the date of the excursion, contact OkGranCanaria or DISCOVERY SAFARI so that we can send it to you.
It is your responsibility as the client to locate the pick up point and call or contact OkGranCanaria or the DISCOVERY SAFARI if you have any questions about the indicated point of pick up. You should always be punctual, and as a general rule it is convenient to arrive about 5 to 10 minutes before the designated time.
If you arrive late or you are at the designated point, you will have no right to any refund for the amounts previously paid nor any other expenses incurred.

OkGranCanaria is an intermediary for the tours of SALOBRE GRANCAN SL. (owner of DISCOVERY SAFARI) and is exempt of all responsibility in relation to the provision of services. This means that you have contracted the excursion with DISCOVERY SAFARI, not with OkGranCanaria. For any modification, cancellation, question or complaint related to the services of the excursion, you should contact OkGranCanaria or the DISCOVERY SAFARI.
