In a buggy can go 2 adults + 2 children (standard size), or 3 adults (standard size). Check with us before booking if any member of the group is big.
Drivers must meet these 3 conditions:
- Bring the original and valid driver’s license.
- Have had a license for at least 2 years.
- Bring closed-toed shoes.
VOUCHER
This voucher is proof of purchase of the buggy excursion offered by the company Campo Phoenix SLU., with VAT: B76151487.
You must carry with you the first page of the voucher on your mobile phone or printed out, since it may be required of you at any time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation cancellations or changes must always be made by sending us an email.
Free cancellation up to 36 hours before the excursion or activity. Final 36hours and no-shows: loss of quantity paid.
Cancelation of bookings of more than 1 buggy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the date of the tour. Last 72 hours and no-shows: loss of the quantity paid.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE
If, on the day that the activity is carried out, the guides decide to postpone it due to meteorological reasons or problems outside the organization, a new date will be established by the company, giving registered participants the option to exchange said activity for another or to be reimbursed for 100% of the quantity paid.
PARTICIPANTS OBLIGATIONS
- Participants must have their valid original driving license with them at the start of the trip. It is mandatory that at least one participant in a two-seat vehicle have his or her driving license. If both occupants of the same vehicle have a current driving license, they may take turns driving during the excursion.
- Participants will be subject to the instructions indicated by the guides who accompany the group and who are responsible for the direction of the activity.
- Participants are required to communicate when making a reservation if they suffer from any type of illness or handicap that could alter the normal function of the activity, including a possible pregnancy.
- The guides will have the authority to deny participation and/or continuation of the excursion (once initiated) to participants who do not bring the appropriate equipment for the activity or lack adequate physical condition for these activities. In addition to no right of any refund, in the event that a participant or various participants voluntarily decide to ignore the directions of the guides, neither these nor Excursiones Canarias S.L. will be responsible for their fate.
- Underage participants should always be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must sign a document authorizing the participation of the minor in the activity.
- Alcohol consumption by participants before and during all of the excursions of Excursiones Canarias S.L. is strictly forbidden. In the event it can be demonstrated that participant or several participants have consumed alcoholic beverages, they will be directly expelled from any excursion and have no right to a refund of any kind.
- The participant is responsible for the equipment that is given for performing the activity, and must return all of it at the end of the activity. In the event of any lost elements during the course of the activity, the participant must pay for its value.
- Excursiones Canarias S.L. will not be responsible for any damage or deterioration that could be attributed to a participant due to misuse, neglect or omission in the methods, facilities or spaces used to carry out the activities.
MEETING POINT
You should be at Campo Phoenix facilities located in Calle Montaña Almurcia 16 in Yaiza 30 minutes before the departure time.
OkLanzarote is an intermediary for the excursions of Campo Phoenix SLU and is exempt of all responsibility in relation to the provision of services. This means that you have contracted the excursion with Campo Phoenix SLU , not with OkLanzarote. For any modification, cancellation, question or complaint related to the services of the excursion, you should contact Campo Phoenix SLU.
