Free cancellation up to 36 hours before the date of the tour. Last 36 hours and no-shows: loss of the quantity paid.
You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure time.
You should bring with you the first page of the voucher on your mobile phone or printed out, as you will be required to have it to start the excursion.
If you arrive late or you are NOT at the designated point, you will have no right to any refund for the amounts previously paid nor any other expenses incurred.
AMIGOTOURS reserves the right to slightly change the route due to the state of the roads or other causes of force majeure.
Shortplans is an intermediary for the excursions of AMIGO TOURS and is exempt of all responsibility in relation to the provision of services. This means that you have contracted the excursion with AMIGO TOURS, not with Shortplans. For any modification, cancellation, question or complaint related to the services of the excursion, you should contact AMIGO TOURS.
