1.- Drivers must bring their original valid driving license and 2 years of driving license experience. 2.- Minimum age for companion: 7 years and 135 cm tall. 3.-Parental consents for minors necessary. 4.- Minors must be accompanied by an adult. 5.- Not recommended for pregnant women. 6.- Clothes to wear: Comfortable clothes, Jacket depending on season, Sunglasses, sunscreen high protection,Closed shoes or sports shoes.
VOUCHER
This voucher confirms that you have booked a water activity with company H2O ACTIVIDADES ACUÁTICAS SL (trade name H2O LANZAROTE)
You must carry with you the first page of the voucher on your mobile phone or printed out, since it may be required of you at any time.
CANCELATION POLICY
Reservation cancellations or changes must always be made by sending us an email.
Free cancellation up to 36 hours before the date of the tour. Last 36 hours and no-shows: loss of the quantity paid.
Cancelation of groups (more than 5 people)
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the date of the tour. Last 72 hours and no-shows: loss of the quantity paid.
MEETING POINT
If you have made a reservation with pick up near your hotel or accommodation, please note the following points:
It is your responsibility as the client to locate the pick up point and call or contact OkLanzarote if you have any questions about the indicated point of pick up. You should always be punctual, and as a general rule it is convenient to arrive about 5 to 10 minutes before the designated time.
If you arrive late or you are at the designated point, you will have no right to any refund for the amounts previously paid nor any other expenses incurred.
If more than 10 minutes pass with respect to the designated time and the bus/guide does not arrive, you should call +34 689 749 318.
OkLanzarote is an intermediary for the tours of H2O LANZAROTE and is exempt of all responsibility in relation to the provision of services. This means that you have contracted the excursion with H2O LANZAROTE, not with OkLanzarote. For any modification, cancellation, question or complaint related to the services of the excursion, you should contact H2O LANZAROTE.
